Low Season:

• April 30th to July 2nd
• August 27th to September 24th

Minimum 3 nights, €121 per night. Any day arrival.

High Season:

• July 2nd to August 27th

7 nights for €1400. Saturday to Saturday only.

Arrival 4pm, departure 10am.

20% deposit to be payed on booking.

Full payment: 2 months in advance.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 28 days before booking will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 28 days before booking will incur 20% of the full booking fee.
• Cancellations less than 14 days before booking will incur 50% of the full booking fee.

Security deposit: 300 euros to be collected in cash on day of arrival for damages etc. to be returned on departure after inspection.
